Exporting Your Data

You can request a full export of your personal data at any time. This is available to support data portability and GDPR rights. The export is delivered as a downloadable ZIP file sent to your email.

Steps 1. Navigate to the Export Page

Go to Settings > Data Export.

2. Request Your Export

Click Request Data Export. The system will queue a job to compile your data. You will see a confirmation message on screen.

3. Check Your Email

Once your export is ready (usually within a few minutes), you will receive an email containing a secure download link.

4. Download Your Data

Click the link in the email to download your ZIP file. The link is valid for 7 days from the time the email is sent.

What's Included in Your Export

The contents of the export depend on your role:

Candidates

• Full profile (personal information, clearance details, work preferences)
• Resume files (all uploaded versions)
• Application history (jobs applied to, stages, dates)
• Messages (sent and received)
• Saved job searches

Recruiters

• Profile information
• Candidate notes you have written
• Saved candidate searches

Managers

• Company profile and settings
• Team roster and invite history
• Billing information and subscription history

Link Expiry and Re-Requesting

Download links expire after 7 days. If your link has expired or you did not receive the email:

1. Return to Settings > Data Export.
2. Click Request Data Export again.
3. A new export will be generated and a new email will be sent.

Note: Each new request replaces the previous one. You can only have one active export at a time.

Tips

• Export your data before deleting your account, as it cannot be recovered after deletion — see Deleting Your Account.
• The signed download link is unique to your account. Do not share it with others.
