Edit, enable, disable, duplicate, and delete your existing workflows from the Automations page.
Steps 1. View All Workflows
Navigate to Automations to see all your workflows.
2. Enable or Disable a Workflow
Toggle the switch on any workflow card to enable or disable it. Disabled workflows show a Paused badge and will not run.
3. Edit a Workflow
Click the actions dropdown (three dots) on a workflow and select Edit. This opens the workflow builder with the current trigger, conditions, and actions pre-filled. Make your changes and click Save Workflow.
4. Duplicate a Workflow
Select Duplicate from the actions dropdown to create a copy of an existing workflow. This is useful when you want a similar workflow with minor variations.
5. Delete a Workflow
Select Delete from the actions dropdown. Confirm the deletion. This action is permanent.
6. Monitor Workflow Activity
Each workflow card shows:
- Last Run — When the workflow last executed
- Total Runs — How many times the workflow has run since creation
Tips
- Disable a workflow before making major edits to avoid it firing mid-change.
- Use the duplicate feature to create variations of successful workflows for different job types or clearance levels.
- If a workflow is not running as expected, check the conditions — overly restrictive conditions can prevent execution.
