View your current plan, manage payment methods, and monitor your subscription status.

Steps 1. Open the Subscription Page

Navigate to Subscription from the main navigation.

2. View Your Current Plan

The Current Plan card shows:

  • Plan Name — Your active subscription tier
  • Billing Interval — Monthly or annual
  • Status Badge — Active, Trialing, Past Due, etc.
  • End/Renewal Date — When your plan renews or trial ends

3. View Add-Ons

The Add-ons section lists any additional items on your subscription:

  • Add-on name
  • Quantity
  • Amount

4. Manage Plan and Payment Method

Click Manage Plan and Payment Method to open the billing portal (powered by Stripe). From there you can:

  • Change your subscription plan
  • Update your payment method
  • Cancel your subscription

Subscription Statuses

  • Active — Your subscription is current and in good standing
  • Trialing — You are in a free trial period
  • Past Due — A payment has failed; update your payment method promptly
  • Canceled — Your subscription has been canceled and will end at the current period
  • Unpaid — Payment is overdue
  • Incomplete — Initial setup was not completed

Tips

  • If your status shows Past Due, update your payment method immediately to avoid service interruption.
  • Downgrading your plan may reduce your available job listing slots and recruiter seats. Ensure your usage is within the new plan's limits before downgrading.
