Before You Begin
- You should have completed the onboarding wizard.
- Have your resume, clearance details, and work history ready.
Steps 1. Navigate to Your Profile
Click Edit Profile from your dashboard or select your avatar in the top navigation and choose Profile.
2. Review Your Profile Sections
Your profile is made up of several sections. Each contributes to your overall completeness score:
- Headline and Summary — A brief professional title and overview
- Clearance Information — Your security clearance level and dates
- Skills — Technical and professional skills
- Work Experience — Employment history with titles, companies, and dates
- Education — Degrees and institutions
- Certifications — Professional certifications
- Resumes — Uploaded resume files
- Work Preferences — Salary expectations, remote/relocation preferences, availability
3. Fill In Missing Sections
Click into each section to add or edit your information. The profile completeness bar on your dashboard updates as you fill in each area.
Tips
- Profiles at 100% completion receive up to 3x more views from recruiters.
- Your headline appears in search results — make it specific and descriptive (e.g., "Senior DevSecOps Engineer | TS/SCI with CI Poly").
- Keep your availability status current so recruiters know whether you are open to opportunities.
