Your resume is attached to job applications and can be downloaded by recruiters you are connected with. Keep it up to date for the best results.
Steps 1. Navigate to Your Profile
Go to Profile > Edit Profile and scroll to the Resumes section.
2. Upload a Resume
Click Upload Resume and select a file from your computer. Supported formats include PDF and Word documents (.doc, .docx).
The platform will parse your resume to extract skills, experience, and education. You can review and edit the extracted information.
3. Manage Multiple Resumes
You can upload more than one resume — for example, a general resume and a role-specific version. When applying to a job, you will choose which resume to attach.
4. Delete a Resume
To remove a resume, click the Delete button next to the file you want to remove.
Tips
- Use a clean, ATS-friendly format without complex tables, graphics, or headers/footers for the best parsing results.
- Place your clearance level and status at the very top of your resume so recruiters can see it immediately.
- Update your resume whenever you gain new certifications, skills, or experience.
