Search the platform's database of cleared professionals to find candidates who match your job requirements.

Search the platform's database of cleared professionals to find candidates who match your job requirements.

Steps 1. Open the Candidates Page

Navigate to Candidates from the main navigation.

2. Search by Keyword

Enter a name, skill, title, or keyword in the Search bar.

3. Use the Filter Sidebar

Expand the filter sidebar to refine your search:

  • Clearance Level — Multi-select from Public Trust through Intel Agency
  • Polygraph Type — Filter by specific polygraph requirements
  • Location / State / City — Geographic filters
  • Relocation — Filter for candidates open to relocating
  • Remote — Filter for candidates open to remote work
  • Years of Experience — Set a range
  • Availability Status — Available, Open to Opportunities, or Not Available
  • Skills — Search and select specific skills with autocomplete
  • Last Login — Filter by recent activity

4. Sort Results

Use the Sort dropdown to order candidates by:

  • Relevance — Best match to your search criteria
  • Recent — Most recently active
  • Experience — Most years of experience first

5. Browse Candidate Cards

Each candidate card shows:

  • Name (or "Anonymous" if the candidate has a private profile)
  • Title/headline
  • Location
  • Connection status (Connected, Pending, or not connected)
  • Availability status badge
  • Clearance level badge
  • Years of experience
  • Relocation and remote preference badges
  • Summary excerpt
  • Top 5 skills

6. Take Action

From each card you can:

  • Connect — Send a connection request
  • View Profile — See the candidate's full profile

Tips

  • Combine clearance level + skills filters for the most targeted results.
  • Candidates marked as "Available" are actively looking and most likely to respond quickly.
  • Check the "Last Login" filter to focus on recently active candidates.
