Candidate profiles give you a comprehensive view of a professional's qualifications, experience, and preferences.

Steps 1. Open a Candidate Profile

Click View Profile from a candidate card in search results, match results, or your network.

2. Review Profile Sections

The profile page includes:

Header:

  • Name, title, and location
  • Clearance level badge
  • Years of experience
  • Last active indicator
  • Relocation and remote preference badges
  • Resume download button

About:

  • Summary text describing the candidate's background

Skills:

  • Technical and professional skills displayed as badges

Experience:

  • Employment timeline with company, title, and duration for each role

Education:

  • Degrees and institutions in timeline format

Certifications:

  • Professional certifications with issuing organization and dates

Security Clearances:

  • Clearance levels held with relevant dates

Sidebar — Contact Information:

  • Email and phone (if shared)

Sidebar — Job Preferences:

  • Desired salary range
  • Availability status
  • Remote and relocation preferences

3. Take Action

From the profile page you can:

  • Download Resume — Save the candidate's resume
  • Connect — Send a connection request
  • Message — Start a conversation (if connected)

Tips

  • Profile views are metered on some plans. Use filters and match scores to prioritize which profiles to view.
  • Check the "Last Active" indicator — candidates active within the last week are most likely to respond.
  • Review the "Similar Candidates" section at the bottom to discover additional qualified professionals.
