Browsing Company Profiles

The Companies directory lets you explore organizations that are hiring on the platform, learn about their missions, and view their open positions.

Steps 1. Open the Companies Page

Navigate to Companies from the main navigation.

2. Search and Filter

Use the search and filter bar:

• Company Name — Search by name
• Industry — Filter by industry vertical
• Location/State — Filter by headquarters location

Click Search to apply your filters.

3. Sort Results

Use the Sort dropdown to order companies by:

• Most Jobs — Companies with the most open positions
• Highest Rated — Top-rated employers
• A-Z — Alphabetical order

4. Browse Company Cards

Each card shows:

• Company logo or initials
• Company name
• Industry
• Headquarters location
• Description excerpt (2 lines)
• Specialties badges (top 3, with "+X more" if applicable)
• Employee count and open jobs count
• View Profile and View Jobs buttons

5. View a Company Profile

Click View Profile to see the full company page with:

• About Tab — Company description, specialties, and office locations
• Open Positions Tab — Current job listings with title, location, clearance, salary, and apply buttons
• Sidebar — Company overview, contact information, recruiter team, and similar companies

6. Follow a Company

Click the Follow button on a company profile to stay updated on new job postings and company news. The button changes to Following with a checkmark when active.

Tips

• Following companies you are interested in helps you stay informed about new opportunities without searching manually.
• Check the recruiter section on a company profile to send connection requests directly.
• Use the "Most Jobs" sort to find the most active employers on the platform.
