Creating Your Account

Get started with Cleared Talent Connect by creating your account. The registration process verifies your clearance eligibility and sets up your profile.

Steps 1. Visit the Get Started Page

Navigate to the Get Started page from the homepage. You will see an initial screening form.

2. Enter Your Email Address

Type your email address into the Email field. This will be your primary login credential.

3. Select Your Clearance Level

Choose your current or most recent security clearance level from the dropdown. Options include:

• Confidential
• Secret
• Top Secret
• TS/SCI
• Polygraph

If you do not hold a clearance, you may still register as a recruiter or manager.

4. Complete the Acknowledgment

Check the required acknowledgment checkbox to confirm that the information you provided is accurate.

5. Submit Your Registration

Click the Submit button to proceed. You will receive a confirmation message and be directed to complete your profile onboarding.

Tips

• Use a professional email address that you check regularly — all notifications will be sent there.
• Your clearance level selection during registration helps match you with relevant job listings immediately.
• If you are a recruiter or hiring manager, you will choose your role during onboarding.
