Navigating the Dashboard

Your dashboard is the central hub of Cleared Talent Connect. It provides an overview of your activity and quick access to key features.

Candidate Dashboard

The candidate dashboard displays:

• Profile Completion — A progress bar showing how complete your profile is, with a prompt to finish any remaining sections.
• Stats Cards — Active Applications, Profile Views, Search Appearances, and Saved Searches at a glance.
• My Applications — A table of your recent applications showing position, company, status, and date applied. Click any row to view details.
• Who Viewed Your Profile — See which recruiters have recently viewed your profile, including their company and role.
• Recommended For You — Job listings matched to your profile with match score indicators (green for 80%+, amber for 60–79%).
• Saved Searches — Quick access to your saved job searches with new match counts.
• Activity Feed — Recent activity such as recruiter messages and new job postings.

Quick action buttons let you Search Jobs, Edit Profile, and Browse Companies.

Recruiter Dashboard

The recruiter dashboard displays:

• Stats Cards — Active Jobs, Candidates, Applications, and Job/Profile Views.
• Recent Job Posts — Links to your most recent listings.
• Upcoming Interviews — Scheduled interviews across all your job listings.
• Recent Candidates — A grid of recently viewed or matched candidate cards.
• Activity Feed — Recent hiring events and application updates.

Quick action buttons let you Create Job and Browse Candidates.

Tips

• Check your dashboard daily to stay on top of new applications, messages, and matches.
• The profile completion bar is only visible when your profile is incomplete. Aim for 100% to maximize your visibility.
