Connect your Google or Outlook calendar to sync interview schedules and avoid conflicts.
Supported Calendars
- Google Calendar
- Outlook Calendar
Only one calendar can be connected at a time.
Steps 1. Open Calendar Settings
Navigate to Settings > Calendar.
2. Choose a Provider
You will see cards for Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar. Each shows:
- Provider logo and name
- Connection status (Connected or Not Connected)
- Description of benefits
3. Connect Your Calendar
Click the Connect button on your preferred provider. You will be redirected to sign in with your Google or Microsoft account and authorize the connection.
4. Verify the Connection
Once connected, the card updates to show:
- Connected status badge
- Test Connection button — Verify the integration is working
- Disconnect button — Remove the connection
5. Test the Connection
Click Test Connection to confirm the integration is functioning properly.
Disconnecting a Calendar
Click Disconnect on the connected calendar card. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm to remove the integration.
After disconnecting, you can connect a different calendar provider.
Tips
- Interview scheduling works best with a connected calendar — it prevents double-booking.
- If you switch calendar providers, disconnect the current one before connecting the new one.
- The calendar connection is per-user, not per-company. Each recruiter should connect their own calendar.
