Connect your existing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to sync job listings and applications between platforms.
Supported ATS Providers
- Greenhouse
- iCIMS
- Crelate
- Bullhorn
Steps 1. Open Integration Settings
Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
2. Browse Available Integrations
The page shows integration cards for each provider with:
- Provider logo and name
- Connection status badge
- Description of the integration
Use the tabs to switch between All Integrations and Connected.
3. Configure a Provider
Click the Connect or Configure button on the provider you want to set up. The configuration section expands to show:
- Provider-specific credential fields (API keys, tokens, URLs)
- Setup instructions
- Link to the provider's external documentation
4. Enter Your Credentials
Fill in the required credential fields for your ATS provider. These are typically:
- API Key or Token
- Subdomain or Instance URL
- Any additional provider-specific settings
5. Test the Connection
Click the Test button to verify that the credentials are correct and the connection works.
6. Save and Activate
Save your configuration. The integration card will update to show:
- Connected status badge
- Active toggle to enable or disable syncing
- Sync Now button to trigger an immediate sync
- Last Synced timestamp
Tips
- Contact your ATS provider's support team if you need help finding your API credentials.
- Start with a test sync before enabling automatic syncing to verify the data maps correctly.
- The "Connected" count badge at the top of the page shows how many integrations are active.
