Track and manage all interviews across your job listings from the application detail page and your dashboard.
Steps 1. View Upcoming Interviews
Your Dashboard shows upcoming interviews in a dedicated section with date, time, candidate name, and interview type.
2. View Interviews on an Application
Open any application to see its Interviews section listing all scheduled, completed, and cancelled interviews.
3. Update Interview Status
After an interview takes place, update its status:
- Completed — The interview occurred as scheduled
- Cancelled — The interview was cancelled
- No Show — The candidate did not attend
4. Record the Outcome
Set the interview outcome:
- Passed — The candidate performed well and should advance
- Failed — The candidate did not meet expectations
- Pending — Still evaluating
5. Move the Candidate Forward
Based on the outcome, use the pipeline stage dropdown on the application to advance the candidate to the next stage (e.g., from Technical Interview to Final Interview).
Tips
- Add notes to the application after each interview to document key observations for your team.
- Update statuses and outcomes promptly so the activity timeline stays accurate.
- If a candidate no-shows, consider reaching out via message before rejecting — there may be extenuating circumstances.
