When a recruiter schedules an interview, you will receive an invitation to select a time slot and confirm.
Steps 1. Open the Invitation
Click the link in the interview invitation email, or navigate to the invitation from your notifications.
2. Review the Details
The invitation page shows:
- Company name and a greeting personalized with your name
- Job title badge
- Interview duration and type (Video, Phone, or In-Person)
- Personal message from the recruiter (if included)
3. Select a Time Slot
Browse the available time slots displayed as clickable buttons showing the date and time. Click to select your preferred slot — it will be highlighted.
4. Confirm Your Selection
Click Confirm Interview Time to lock in your chosen slot. The button is disabled until you select a time.
5. View the Confirmation
After confirming, you will see:
- A success message with "Interview Confirmed!"
- Interview details card showing date, time, and type
- Join Meeting button (for video interviews)
- Add to Google Calendar button
An email confirmation will also be sent.
Tips
- Confirm promptly — time slots may be offered to other candidates if not confirmed quickly.
- For video interviews, test the meeting link and your audio/video setup before the scheduled time.
- Add the interview to your personal calendar immediately to avoid conflicts.
