Schedule interviews with candidates directly through the platform, with calendar integration support.

Before You Begin

  • The candidate should have an active application for one of your job listings.
  • For calendar integration, connect your Google or Outlook calendar in Settings > Calendar.

Steps 1. Open the Application

Navigate to Applications and click on the candidate's application.

2. Click Schedule Interview

Click the Schedule Interview button in the Quick Actions sidebar.

3. Fill In Interview Details

  • Interview Type — Select from:
    • Phone
    • Video
    • In-Person
    • Technical
    • Behavioral
  • Date and Time — Choose the interview date and time
  • Meeting URL — For video interviews, provide the meeting link
  • Additional Attendees — Add other team members if needed

4. Send the Invitation

Click Send to create the interview and notify the candidate. The candidate will receive an interview invitation with available time slots.

5. Track the Interview

The interview appears in:

  • The application's Interviews section with status and outcome fields
  • Your dashboard's Upcoming Interviews section

Interview Statuses

  • Scheduled — Interview is confirmed
  • Completed — Interview has taken place
  • Cancelled — Interview was cancelled
  • No Show — Candidate did not attend

Tips

  • Connect your calendar first to avoid scheduling conflicts.
  • Include a personal message with the invitation to make candidates feel welcome and prepared.
  • For video interviews, test your meeting link before sending the invitation.
