Post job listings to attract cleared candidates. Each listing is matched with qualified candidates automatically.

Before You Begin

  • You must have job posting permission (managers always have this; recruiters need it enabled).
  • Your company must have available job listing slots on your subscription plan.

Steps 1. Navigate to Create Job

From your dashboard, click Create Job or navigate to Jobs > Manage and click the Create Job button.

2. Fill In Job Details

Complete the job listing form:

  • Title — A clear, descriptive job title
  • Category — Select from categories like IT - Software, IT - Security, Engineering - Systems, Intelligence, etc.
  • Description — A detailed description of the role and responsibilities
  • Responsibilities — Specific duties (added as individual items)
  • Requirements — Required qualifications
  • Preferred Qualifications — Nice-to-have qualifications
  • Skills — Tag relevant technical and professional skills

3. Set Clearance Requirements

  • Clearance Level — The minimum required clearance (Public Trust, Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, Intel Agency, etc.)
  • Polygraph Required — Toggle on if a polygraph is required
  • Polygraph Type — Select the type if applicable (CI Poly, Full Scope, etc.)

4. Set Job Parameters

  • Job Type — Full Time, Part Time, Contract, or Temporary
  • Workplace Type — Remote, Hybrid, or On-Site
  • Location — Where the position is based
  • Experience Level — Entry, Mid, Senior, or Executive
  • Salary Range — Minimum and maximum salary
  • Travel Requirement — Expected travel
  • Benefits — Select or add benefits offered

5. Publish or Save as Draft

  • Click Publish to make the listing live immediately
  • Click Save as Draft to save and publish later

Tips

  • Include the clearance level in the job title for maximum visibility (e.g., "Senior Cloud Engineer (TS/SCI)").
  • Be specific about skills — the matching algorithm uses them to connect you with qualified candidates.
  • Listing a salary range increases applications. Candidates can filter by salary, so jobs without ranges may be overlooked.
