The Manage Jobs page gives you an overview of all your company's job listings with tools to edit, monitor, and control each one.
Steps 1. Open the Manage Jobs Page
Navigate to Jobs > Manage from the main navigation.
2. Review the Overview
The top of the page displays stats cards:
- Active Jobs — Currently published listings
- Total Applications — Applications received across all jobs
- Drafts — Unpublished draft listings
- Closed/Filled — Listings that are no longer active
3. Filter by Status
Use the Status dropdown to filter the table by:
- Published
- Draft
- Closed
- Filled
4. View the Job Table
Each row shows:
- Title — The job listing name
- Status — Current status badge
- Applicants — Number of applications (click to view)
- Views — How many times the listing has been viewed
- Matches — Number of matched candidates (click to see them)
- Boosted — Whether the listing is boosted and when the boost expires
- Posted Date — When the listing was published
5. Take Action on a Listing
Click the actions dropdown (three dots) on any row for options:
- View — Open the public listing page
- Edit — Modify the listing details
- Boost — Promote the listing for more visibility
- Delete — Remove the listing permanently
Tips
- Monitor the Views and Applicants columns to gauge listing performance. Low views may mean your title or clearance level is not matching common searches.
- Close listings promptly when a position is filled to maintain a professional company profile.
