The Applications page lets you review, filter, and manage all candidates who have applied to your job listings.
Steps 1. Open the Applications Page
Navigate to Applications from the main navigation or click the applicant count on a specific job from the Manage Jobs page.
2. Review the Overview
Stats cards at the top show:
- Total Applications — All applications across your jobs
- In Progress — Applications actively moving through the pipeline
- Pending Review — Applications awaiting initial review
3. Search and Filter
- Search — Type a candidate name to find specific applicants
- Status Filter — Filter by application status (Applied, Reviewing, Interviewing, Offer, Rejected, Withdrawn)
- Job Filter — Filter by specific job listing
4. Review an Application
Click any application to open the detail view:
- Candidate Info — Avatar, name, headline, contact details, clearance badge, location, years of experience
- Stage Progress — Visual pipeline indicator showing the candidate's current stage
- Activity Timeline — Chronological history of all actions taken on this application
- Interviews — Any scheduled or completed interviews with status and outcome
- Notes — Team notes about the candidate
5. Take Action
From the application detail page:
- Change Stage — Use the stage dropdown to move the candidate forward or back
- Schedule Interview — Set up an interview with the candidate
- Reject — Decline the application with an optional reason
- Send Email — Contact the candidate directly
6. Export Reports
Click Export Report on the applications list to download application data.
Tips
- Review the Re-engagement Opportunities section to revisit previously rejected candidates who may now be a fit for different roles.
- Use the activity timeline to understand the full history before making decisions.
- Assign applications to specific recruiters using the assigned recruiter dropdown for team coordination.
