Keep track of where you stand in the hiring process for every job you have applied to.
Steps 1. View Applications from Your Dashboard
The My Applications section on your candidate dashboard shows your most recent applications with:
- Position name (clickable to view the job listing)
- Company name
- Location
- Status badge (color-coded)
- Current pipeline stage and days in that stage
- Date applied
Click View All to see your complete application history with status filtering and pagination.
2. Understand Application Statuses
Each application moves through pipeline stages:
- Applied — Your application has been submitted and is awaiting review
- Phone Screen — You have been selected for a phone screening
- Technical Interview — You are scheduled for a technical interview
- Final Interview — You are in the final interview stage
- Offer — An offer has been extended to you
- Hired — You have accepted the position
- Rejected — Your application was not selected to move forward
3. View Application Details
Click any application to open the detail view. It contains three main sections:
Activity Timeline A chronological history of everything that has happened on your application, displayed in your local timezone. Timeline events include:
- Stage changes — When your application moved from one pipeline stage to another, with the date and time of the change
- Messages — When a recruiter sent you a message or you replied (shown inline in the timeline)
- Interview events — When interviews were scheduled, confirmed, or completed
Messages A dedicated section listing all messages related to this application. Each message shows:
- Direction — whether the message was sent by you or received from the recruiter
- Subject line
- A preview of the message body
- Any attachments
Click a message to read the full content.
Interviews A list of all scheduled interviews for this application. Each entry shows:
- Date and time (in your local timezone)
- Interview type (e.g., phone screen, video call, on-site)
- Status (e.g., scheduled, completed, canceled)
- Meeting URL or dial-in information (when provided)
Tips
- You will receive notifications when your status changes, but checking your dashboard regularly keeps you informed.
- If you have not heard back after two weeks, the application is likely still under review. Many cleared positions have longer hiring timelines due to security requirements.
- You can withdraw an application directly from the detail view — see Withdrawing an Application.
