If you are no longer interested in a position, you can withdraw your application at any time before an offer is accepted.

Steps 1. Navigate to Your Applications

Go to your Dashboard and click View All in the My Applications section, or navigate to the Applications page.

2. Open the Application

Click on the application you want to withdraw.

3. Withdraw the Application

Click the Withdraw button. You may be asked to confirm your decision.

4. Confirm Withdrawal

Confirm that you want to withdraw. Your application status will change to Withdrawn.

What Happens After Withdrawal

  • The recruiter will be notified that you have withdrawn.
  • Your application will no longer appear in the recruiter's active pipeline.
  • You can still view the withdrawn application in your history, but you cannot re-apply to the same listing.

Tips

  • Withdraw promptly if you have accepted another offer — it is professional courtesy and frees up the recruiter's time.
  • Consider whether you want to withdraw or simply wait. Some positions may take weeks to progress, especially those with government contract timelines.
