Steps 1. Open the Network Page
Navigate to Network from the main navigation.
2. Review Your Network Stats
Stats cards at the top show:

- Connected — Active connections
- Pending — Requests awaiting a response
- Applications — Connections who have applied to your jobs
- Interviewing — Connections currently in interview stages
3. Search and Filter
- Search — Find connections by name or email
- Filters — Use the sidebar to filter by clearance level, polygraph type, job category, last login, and tags
4. Accept or Ignore Requests
Pending connection requests appear with Accept and Ignore buttons. Click the appropriate action.
5. Organize with Tags
Add tags to your connections for organization (e.g., "Top Candidate", "Follow Up", "Cybersecurity"). Click the tag area on a connection card to add or edit tags.
6. Take Actions
Each connection card includes action buttons:
- Message — Open a direct message conversation
- View Profile — See their full profile
- Notes — Add private notes
- More Actions — Additional options via dropdown menu
Tips
- Use tags to create custom segments of your network for quick access later.
- The sort dropdown lets you order connections by Relevance, Recent activity, or Experience level.
- Regularly review pending requests so candidates are not waiting for a response.
