Every recruiter on Cleared Talent Connect belongs to a company. You can either create a new company or join an existing one through an invitation.

Every recruiter on Cleared Talent Connect belongs to a company. You can either create a new company or join an existing one through an invitation.
Creating a New Company (Managers) 1. Start Company Onboarding
After registering as a manager, you will be guided through a three-step company onboarding wizard.
2. Step 1 — Company Information
Fill in your company details:
- Company Name — Your organization's name
- Industry — Select your primary industry
- Company Size — Select your employee count range
- Website — Your company's website URL
- Description — A brief overview of your company
- Location — Your headquarters location
- Logo — Upload your company logo (displayed on job listings and your company profile)
- Specialties — Select areas your company specializes in
- Founded Year — When the company was established
3. Step 2 — Choose a Subscription Plan
Select a subscription plan. Toggle between Monthly and Annual billing. Each plan card shows:
- Plan name and price
- Features included
- Number of job listing slots and recruiter seats
4. Step 3 — Invite Recruiters
Enter email addresses to invite recruiters to join your team. You can add multiple recruiters up to your plan's seat limit. Invitations can also be sent later from the Team Management page.
5. Complete Onboarding
Click Complete Onboarding to finalize your company setup.
Joining an Existing Company (Recruiters) 1. Accept Your Invitation
When a manager invites you, you will receive an email with a link to join the company.
2. Create Your Account or Sign In
Click the invitation link. If you already have an account, sign in. Otherwise, create a new account.
3. Confirm and Join
Review the company details and click Accept to join the team.
Tips
- Only managers can create a company. If you are a recruiter, ask your hiring manager to create the company and send you an invitation.
- Company information is displayed on all job listings, so make sure the logo and description are professional.
