Your company profile is public-facing and appears on job listings and the company directory. A complete profile helps attract candidates.
Before You Begin
- You must be a manager to edit the company profile.
Steps 1. Navigate to Company Settings
From your dashboard, click the Company link in the navigation or go to Company > Edit.
2. Update Company Information
Edit the following fields:
- Company Name — Your organization's official name
- Industry — Your primary industry vertical
- Company Size — Employee count range
- Website — Your company's website URL
- Description — A detailed overview of your company, mission, and culture
- Logo — Upload or replace your company logo
- Specialties — Tags describing your areas of expertise
- Founded Year — When the company was established
- Email and Phone — Contact information displayed on your company profile
3. Manage Locations
Add or update your office locations. Designate one as your headquarters.
4. Save Changes
Click Save to update your company profile.
Tips
- Candidates browse the company directory to find employers. A thorough description and professional logo make your company stand out.
- Mention clearance-relevant details in your description, such as "prime contractor" or the agencies you support.
- Your specialties appear as badges on your company card in the directory.
