Inviting Recruiters to Your Team

Invite recruiters to join your company on the platform so they can help manage job listings and engage with candidates.

Before You Begin

  • You must be a manager to invite team members.
  • Check that your subscription plan has available recruiter seats.

Steps 1. Open the Team Page

Navigate to Team from the main navigation.

2. Check Available Seats

The Recruiter Seats card shows your current seat usage with a progress bar. If you are at your limit, you will need to purchase additional seats before inviting new recruiters.

3. Click Invite Recruiter

Click the Invite Recruiter button to open the invitation dialog.

4. Enter the Recruiter's Email

Type the recruiter's email address in the Email field. The system validates the email format.

5. Send the Invitation

Click Send Invitation. The recruiter will receive an email with a link to join your company.

6. Track Pending Invitations

Pending invitations appear in the team members table with a Pending badge. You can:

  • Resend Invite — Send the invitation email again
  • Cancel Invite — Revoke the invitation before it is accepted

Tips

  • Invitations expire after a set period. Resend if the recruiter did not accept in time.
  • You can purchase additional recruiter seats from the Team page under the Add More Seats section.
  • Each seat add-on option shows its price and quantity. Look for the Best Value badge.
