The Team page provides an overview of your recruiting team's performance and tools to manage team membership.
Steps 1. Open the Team Page
Navigate to Team from the main navigation.
2. Review Team Stats
Stats cards show:
- Active Recruiters — Number of recruiters currently on the team
- Applications Reviewed — Total applications reviewed by the team
- Total Hires — Successful placements
- Average Time to Hire — Average days from application to hire
3. View the Team Table
The team members table shows each recruiter with:
- Name and Email — With avatar
- Primary Manager — Indicated by a crown icon
- Active Jobs — Number of jobs they are managing
- Applications Reviewed — Their individual review count
- Hires — Their placement count
- Avg Days to Hire — Their individual hiring speed
- Last Active — When they last used the platform
4. Take Actions on Team Members
Click the actions dropdown for each team member:
- Resend Invite — For pending invitations
- Cancel Invite — Revoke a pending invitation
- Can Post Jobs — Toggle whether a recruiter can create and publish job listings. When enabled, the recruiter can access the job creation flow; when disabled, they can view jobs but cannot create new ones. This toggle is disabled for the primary manager (always enabled).
- Remove — Remove the recruiter from the team
5. Review Performance Insights
At the bottom of the page, performance insight cards highlight:
- Top Performer — The recruiter with the most activity
- Fastest Time to Hire — Who fills positions most quickly
- Most Applications Reviewed — Who reviews the most candidates
Tips
- The primary manager (company creator) cannot be removed from the team.
- Use the performance insights to recognize strong team members and identify areas for coaching.
- Remove inactive recruiters to free up seats for new team members.
- Disabling Can Post Jobs for a recruiter does not affect jobs they have already created.
